What are the advantages of composite shutters?
Composite shutters are durable, moisture resistant, easy to maintain and designed to resist warping, cracking, splitting and peeling.
How do I clean my shutters?
Use a soft dust cloth for routine care. When needed, clean gently with mild soap and water, then dry with a soft cloth.
What does the limited lifetime warranty cover?
Qualifying defects in materials, workmanship and operation are covered while the original purchaser owns the product, subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
What is not covered?
Normal wear, accidents, misuse, alterations, outdoor exposure and damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance are not covered.
How long are cords and motors covered?
Operational cords and motorized components are generally covered for five years from purchase, subject to the applicable manufacturer warranty.
